We are open to shipping Internationally, but do not currently offer it on our online shop. If you would like to order something from us and live somewhere other than Canada or the USA, please contact email@example.com and we will help you through the process. International orders may be subject to duty and/or taxes levied by the importing country. By placing an order with dutil. Denim Shop, you acknowledge that you understand this and that you are responsible for any such charges. Should you refuse to pay these charges, your order will be returned to dutil. Denim Shop and your account will be credited according to our return policy (see below) less any shipping and import fees associated with the return.
We accept exchanges only. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org in order to request an exchange.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift Cards, Vinyl records, denim repair kits, denim detergent, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary in nature, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please forward your order confirmation form as proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Upon contacting email@example.com we will provide you with a return address for your exchange.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be sent back to you cash on delivery.
We are happy to exchange your item provided it is returned in its original condition with proof of purchase, and within our 30 day exchange policy.
If you need to exchange for the same item in a different size, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to determine if we can accommodate the exchange at that time.
Should you need to exchange for an item of lesser value, the difference will be applied to a one-time use promotional code for your next purchase. Please email email@example.com to inquire about the possibility of exchange on your item.
Should the exchanged item be of greater value you will be responsible for paying the difference. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning your item to determine if we can approve the exchange for you.
We will send you the correct shipping address via email, once we have approved your exchange.
Items that are deemed defective within a reasonable timeframe will be considered for exchange provided proof of purchase is present. Please contact email@example.com before returning your item to determine if we can accept your defective product for exchange.
Shipping on Exchanged Items
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You will be provided with a tracking number for your convenience.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item.
For the fastest service, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a quick exchange. Once permission for your exchange has been granted, place a new order online. We'll ship your new item right away. We'll need to charge you on the purchase price and shipping, but once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.
